This year 46 boys and 48 girls went to Gartan from 29th June until 3rd July. We had a great time sailing, kayaking, canoeing and surfing. In the evenings there was orienteering, scavenger hunts and bingo. The whole experience was just great. A DVD with more pictures and video has been produced as a memento of the event and will be available at the office on the first week in September 2009.

Thanks to Mrs Mc Gonagle, Miss Coyle, Miss Brady, Mr Meehan and Mr Hale for helping out and giving up a section of their holidays to make this a fun and safe time for our Primary 6 & 7 children. This is education on the outside! How many children get the opportunity to learn to sail, canoe, surf and kayak among other things?
