Well done to the Team. On Thursday The Boys Team and Shauna, who qualified earlier this year, went to Mallusk to compete in the Northern Ireland Cross Country Championships. The Team came First in the North West Section retaining the Foyle Cup and the Boys came second in Northern Ireland.

Sports Awards Best Primary School Team

The Athletics / Cross Country Team were presented the prestigious Derry & District Sports Award on Wednesday 20th January 2010 in the Guildhall. It was a great occasion and the team were literally in the spotlight.

The Athletes have made a good start to their Cross country season.

Members of the team has been invited to the Sports' council awards ceremony in the Guildhall on Wednesday 20th January. best of luck girls and boys.

The Athletics Team 2009/2010

Mrs Kelly took 40 children to the Mary Peters track in Belfast on the 20th September and they all did so well. Cathal, Paul Mc E& Eoin T. won medals for being in the top 10 in the Primary 5 race. Ciaranie had a fantastic race and came 1st in the Primary 6 race. Ryan D 2nd Nathan B 4th & Rhys 5th.The girls did brilliant with Clare, Eve & Ciara all finishing in the top ten girls and also got medals. Well done to all the children who took part.
