If you need advice call. Cathy will answer and ask what it's about. If you need to speak to a teacher remember that the main section of his/her day is teaching children full time and any disruption to that part of the day will take him or her away from her children. However, if you need to meet that's not a problem.
Make an appointment (It makes sense).
Teachers do make official appointments (Teacher/Parent Meetings) twice a year.
